Need to cancel a class?

From your online account

  1. Click the class in the Calendar on your Home tab (or Purchases → Drop-ins).
  2. Select the same drop-in in the calendar, as if registering.
  3. Click Unregister next to the participant's name.
  4. You'll see "Successfully unregistered" and get a confirmation email.

From the Amilia app

  1. Tap the drop-in in your Schedule.
  2. Tap Cancel this event.
  3. You'll see whether you'll be credited per our cancellation policy.
  4. Tap Terminate enrollment to confirm.

If a class isn't eligible for cancellation, the Unregister button won't appear.
